PDP wins councils elections in all the16 LGAs of Taraba State.

 Executive Chairman of Taraba State Independent Electoral Commission, Doctor Philip Danladi Duwe, has announced the winners of the November eighteenth council Elections in the State.

Doctor Philip Danladi Duwe said after the completion of the election process, candidates who certified with the requirements of the law and scored the highest number of votes cast must be declared winner.

The chairman declared Peoples' Democratic Party, and its candidates as the winner of all the sixteenth local government chairmanship seats of the State.

Danladi Duwe further explained that PDP scored 65,597 in Ardo Kola, 104,988 in Gassol, 93,909 in Wukari 62,072 in Sardauna 89,789 in Bali Local government areas among others.

He expressed gratitude for the peaceful conduct of the just concluded Councils in the State.

Philip Duwe lauded media, Non-Governmental Organisations, NOGs, Tarabans, and political parties among others for making the November eighteenth Council Elections a successful one.
